Pricing FAQs
Auto renewal is turned on by Intelligent Accountants to ensure your tax returns are handled each year without disruption. As it's subscription based, you pay on annual basis for either your self assessment tax returns or corporation tax returns calculations and processing. If you cancel your subscription at any point, then your service would not renew for the following year and no additional payment would need to be made.
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your dashboard at any time, providing you with full control over when you want your service to end.
You get two free amendments while Intelligent Accountants prepare and present your documents back to you. Additional changes during that process can be requested for a small fee of £50. If you notice that you need any more changes once you've approved your accounts with us, then get in touch with us so that we can handle that matter for you.
No. All work is handled digitally by qualified UK-based accountants and the entire process is handled directly through the platform. If the accountant needs to contact you to discuss a very specific point, they may reach out to do that. Similarly, if you need to raise a specific point, you have that option also. Outside of that, everything is done without the need for any phone or email communications from beginning to end.
